What is this about?
We’ve noticed high ingoing packet loss in our network testing.
This means that not all media packets that are being sent to you are received properly and some of it is getting lost.
Potential risks
When there is high incoming packet loss it is going to affect how well you are going to be able to hear and understand what is being said in a meeting
For video meetings, you might also experience video freezes or lip synchronization issues.

High packet loss can be caused by many different reasons

Start by checking the network connection itself. Try to use Ethernet cable connection and not WiFi or cellular. If you can’t, then try to be closer to the access point

If you are on WiFi or cellular, try from different locations within your home or office, to see if things improve. If you are using WiFi mesh or range extenders, then you may need someone to assist you in better configuring them
