What is this about?
The device (camera or microphone) the user is trying to use for the network test is already used by some other application on his machine.
Potential risks
When a user selects a device he can’t use, it means that the session won’t be established or won’t use that device. In this specific case, it means that some of the tests we tried to conduct to ascertain the network score and quality could not be done and the accuracy and scoring will be lower due to that, if they don’t fail altogether.
Suggested actions to take
Check if Zoom or any other PC application is opened on the machine and using the microphone or camera. That application should be closed
